BBC Entertainment is a general entertainment channel from BBC Worldwide, showing drama and comedy programmes from the UK.  Most of the programmes were originally shown on BBC One or BBC Two, but the channel also shows programmes that were first shown on ITV 1.

 

It is the successor to BBC Prime, which had a broader range of programmes (now shown on BBC Lifestyle and BBC Knowledge).

 

BBC Entertainment is available on Now TV (Channel 529) and is normally sold as part of the "BBC 5"
